What we keep

• What families and guests add to a memorial: photos, videos, voices, words, names, and any optional details a guest chooses to give (email, phone, home town, a selfie).
• For owners and anyone who pays: name, email, and a record of payments. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, never by us.
• Who has opened their invitation link, so families know who has seen it.

What we never do

• Sell or rent anyone's information, or share it with advertisers.
• Use photos, voices or words for advertising or to train artificial intelligence.
• Show anyone's email, phone number or home address to other guests.
• Let search engines index memorial pages.

Emails and texts

Families can invite people by email or text and send up to 3 gentle reminders. Every email has "Not right now" and "Stop these emails" links, and replying "stop" works too. Guests who sign a guestbook themselves only get emails if they tick "keep me posted".

Children

Lives Touched is for adults. In Kid mode, what children make stays on the device unless a grown-up approves sending it to the family. [Review COPPA obligations with an attorney.]

Your choices

You can download, change or delete what you've added. Owners can download their whole memorial. Ask us at [email] about anything else.
